Amina completed her Ph.D. in statistics at the University of Quebec in Montreal in the department of Mathematics in 2003 on graphical models and analysis of variance applied to genotype and environment interaction. She joined our group in 2006 and works on the implementation of optimized analytical designs for large scale genetic association studies, with particular interest in 2-stage designs, gene-gene interaction modeling and adaptation of mathematical and statistical models to genetic and pharmacogenomic data.
