Marie-Pierre Dubé is full professor at Université de Montréal and she is the director of the Beaulieu-Saucier Pharmacogenomics Centre at the Montreal Heart Institute. She holds the Canada Research Chair in Precision Medicine Data Analysis and has received several awards including three career awards from the Quebec Government (FRQS) and the Champions in Genetics award from the Canadian Gene Cure Foundation. She teaches genetic epidemiology at the School of Public Health at Université de Montréal, and she has supervised many graduate students in the fields of epidemiology, pharmacogenomics and bioinformatics. Her research is funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research and the Government of Quebec. She has published over 200 articles in peer reviewed journals. Her research is focused on genomic studies of clinical trials in cardiovascular and metabolic diseases and on the impact of sex, gender and genetics on the efficacy and safety of medication.
